As an Enterprise Sales Director (m/f/x) you will manage a book of business with a team of Account Executives and Major Account Executives, focusing on strategic coaching for net-new logo acquisition and white-space expansion. This role involves building and managing strategic accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, and providing executive sponsorship within major accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue generating leader, spearheaded growth and management of a 7-digit portfolio, with a focus on Central European markets with potential additional responsibilities beyond this territory.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with strategic executives in the Fortune 1000 caliber clients. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to align our products and services with their needs.
- You hands-on manage and lead a team of 4 Enterprise Account Executives, leveraging MEDDPICC and other qualification frameworks and sales methodologies to ensure deal closure.
- Drive revenue growth: Collaborate closely with VP Sales EMEA, Business Development, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market teams to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities. Develop account strategies and leverage internal resources to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Act as a trusted advisor for our clients, offering expert guidance on industry trends, market insights, and innovative solutions to drive their business growth and success.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and goals. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify areas where our solutions can add value and address their specific challenges.
Job Requirements and Preferred Skills:
10+ years Professional services, Managed services or solution sales experience, ideally from a System Integrator in EU and/or Nordics/UK
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Proven track record with 5+ years in sales talent management, evidenced by positive recommendations from former team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with executive-level clients
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
