You want to build something big, but you are not sure where to start?
Good. We are flipping the script.

Synmatch AI is building the next generation of AI-powered recruiting, born out of the WorkMotion ecosystem. We are at day zero, with a clear path toward a €100m ARR opportunity and a real product going live in the market, not slides.

We are looking for a Founding Intern who thinks like a founder, acts like a founder, and wants to learn what it actually takes to build a company from scratch.

What you will actually do

  • Help build the Synmatch AI product, from AI interview flows to scoring logic

  • Run research on markets, competitors, and customer pain points

  • Build and manage global talent pipelines across Europe, LATAM, Africa, and the Middle East

  • Support early growth experiments, outreach, and positioning

  • Join and analyze candidate and client discovery calls

  • Take full ownership of projects that directly impact product and traction

No hand-holding. No waiting for permission. If you see something broken, you fix it.

What we need

Someone who ships fast and learns faster.
Someone who treats company resources like their own.
Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and excited by it.

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Clear communication in English and German

  • Interest in startups, AI, recruiting, or B2B SaaS

  • Berlin-based, able to work 4–5 days per week from the office

  • Hunger is non-negotiable

Experience is nice. Drive is mandatory.
