Als
Founders Associate Intern (m/w/d)
arbeitest du direkt mit dem Gründerteam zusammen und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in alle Bereiche des Aufbaus und Wachstums eines jungen Unternehmens.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte, unterstützt in der Strategieentwicklung und bist operativ mittendrin – ein echtes
Startup-Bootcamp
für alle, die unternehmerisch denken und anpacken wollen.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Founder-Teams im Tagesgeschäft und bei strategischen Projekten

  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Marken- und Produktideen

  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Business Cases und Reportings

  • Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement im operativen Alltag

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern

Qualifikation

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, o. Ä.

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Startup-Umfeld, in Beratung oder E-Commerce von Vorteil

  • Hands-on-Mentalität:
    Du willst gestalten, nicht zusehen

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:
    Du denkst mit, übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Lust auf Tempo

  • Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent

  • Motivation, im Büro in

  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
