Jeden Tag verlassen sich tausende Patientinnen und Patienten in unseren NephroCare-Zentren darauf, dass die medizinische Versorgung zuverlässig funktioniert. Dazu gehört ein einwandfreier Betrieb der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung – von Raumlufttechnik bis Wasserhygiene.

Genau hier kommst Du ins Spiel.
Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Standorte technisch sicher, wirtschaftlich betrieben und nachhaltig weiterentwickelt werden. Als Teil des Global Real Estate Teams arbeitest Du in einer modernen Auftraggeberrolle mit professionellen Facility-Management-Dienstleistern – und gestaltest maßgeblich, wie effizient und ressourcenschonend unsere Zentren arbeiten.

Deine Wirkung bei uns:

  • Verantwortung für den technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudebetrieb eines bundesweiten Portfolios
  • Entwicklung energieeffizienter und prozessverbessernder Lösungen
  • Vereinheitlichung technischer Qualitätsstandards
  • Einbindung in Real-Estate-, Bau- und Operations-Teams
  • Optimierung der Lebenszykluskosten der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)

Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Gestaltungsspielraum in einer professionellen Auftraggeberrolle

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Studium in TGA, Versorgungstechnik oder Facility-Management
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Facility-Management oder Objektbetrieb
  • Sicherheit in Vergabe, Ausschreibung und Dienstleistersteuerung
  • Analytisches Denken, souveränes Auftreten, klare Kommunikation
  • Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiten Dienstreisen
