To strengthen our team, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will work closely with our Team together.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactive new business development (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Partners)
- Building and maintaining long-term client and partner relationships
- Actively identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Market and competitor analysis
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams

Your profile
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within hospitality or tourism
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel within Austria and Germany
- Structured and goal-oriented working style
- Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe
