We are 1912 Hotels – a fast-growing, international white-label hotel operator based in Hamburg. With a portfolio of properties across Europe, we specialize in transforming and operating hotels under leading international brands or unique, tailored concepts. To strengthen our team, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will work closely with our Team together.

Your responsibilities:

  • Proactive new business development (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Partners)
  • Building and maintaining long-term client and partner relationships
  • Actively identifying and developing new sales opportunities
  • Implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams

Your profile

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within hospitality or tourism
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality
  • Willingness to travel within Austria and Germany
  • Structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
