, we manage our international activities and are currently looking to strengthen our team by hiring a motivated
Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Medical Equipment (Government & Public Sector).

Key Responsibilities

  • Active sales of medical equipment solutions for hospital projects
  • Management and development of relationships with government clients, ministries, and public authorities
  • Identification and qualification of sales opportunities in public healthcare projects
  • Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing, scope, and contract terms
  • Preparation and coordination of technical and commercial proposals in cooperation with internal teams
  • Participation in tenders, bids, and procurement processes
  • Full responsibility for the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award
  • Market and customer analysis within the public healthcare sector
  • Ensuring compliance with public procurement, governance, and internal policies
  • Documentation of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in business, engineering, healthcare management, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in sales of medical equipment, hospital solutions, or healthcare projects
  • Proven experience in contract and price negotiations, ideally with public-sector clients
  • Strong understanding of hospital environments and medical equipment portfolios
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at decision-maker level
  • Structured, reliable, and results-driven working style
  • High level of integrity and compliance awareness
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally depending on project requirements
