Wir suchen dich als Accounting Assistant (m/w/d) in Teilzeit, um in unserem prämierten Design-Office im kreativen Herzen Frankfurts für Happiness und reibungslose Abläufe zu sorgen.

LIGANOVA HORIZON ist eine digitale Marketingagentur für Brands wie Jaguar Land Rover, Opel und SCHOTT (SCHAEFFLER, adidas, etc.) und Teil der LIGANOVA GROUP.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Als Accounting Assistant (Teilzeit) bist du für die vorbereitende Buchhaltung auf Grundlage der Ein- und Ausgänge verantwortlich. (Vor Ort oder auch 60:40)
  • Du bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit der externen Finanzbuchhaltung und sorgst für reibungslose Kommunikation zu den Geschäftsfällen.
  • Im Team bist du für die Klärung von buchhalterischen Fragen in Abstimmung mit unseren Projektmanager zuständig.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung mit.
  • Gerne hast du erste Erfahrungen (in einer Werbe-/Kreativagentur) gesammelt.
  • Du bist ein smarter Kopf mit Vorliebe für Zahlen, und hast dennoch das Herz am richtigen Fleck.
  • Du bist durchsetzungsstark, denkst und handelst dienstleistungsorientiert, mit Liebe fürs Detail.
  • Du hast gute Kommunikationsskills und arbeitest verlässlich und diskret.
  • Du beherrschst die Office-Programme im Schlaf und bringst Erfahrungen mit Datev mit.
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind gut.
