**Ihre Aufgaben als Assistant Accounting & Controlling (m/w/d)**:

- Überprüfung von Eingangs
- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Buchung und Zuordnung von Logistikkosten
- Verwaltung von Tarifstammdaten
- Registrierung neuer Lieferanten
- Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlussaktivitäten
- Erstellung standardisierter Berichte zu Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten, die an die entsprechenden Stakeholder gesendet werden
- Analyse von Logistikdaten (Kennzahlen, Trends, Ist vs. Budget, Prognose)
- Teilnahme an Projekten, insbesondere bei der Implementierung neuer Geschäfte, und Bereitstellung von logistischen Datenanalysen zur Unterstützung von Managemententscheidungen

**Ihre Qualifikation als Assistant Accounting & Controlling (m/w/d)**:

- Bachelor-/Masterabschluss (bevorzugt in Supply Chain oder Betriebswirtschaft) oder eine vergleichbare finanzwirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Finanzbuchhalter)
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Erste oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting/Controlling
- Ausgezeichnete Finanzkenntnisse
- Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel und Access
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Umsetzungsstärke werden bevorzugt
- Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik wird ebenfalls bevorzugt
