Für unser Kölner Büro suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) Werkstudent:in oder Teilzeitkraft als Marketing- und Sales Assistant (w/m/d) (Umfang 10-20h pro Woche).

Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Kundengewinnung / Vertrieb / AfterSales-Service
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundendaten sowie Kundenanfragen via Telefon und E- Mail und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Unterstützung im Marketing, insbesondere im Social Media Bereich
  • Organisation von Meetings und Veranstaltungen
Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, bist gut organisiert und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich
  • Du hast eine starke Affinität für Vertrieb und Marketing und erste Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Beiträgen im Social Media Bereich.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten sind deine Stärken und du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden.
  • Begeisterung für die Beauty Branche, hohes Engagement und die Ambition, eigene Ideen für die Produkt- und Geschäftsgestaltung mit einzubringen sowie diese eigenverantwortlich umzusetzen und somit aktiv den Geschäftserfolg mitzugestalten.
  • Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang in allen Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint).
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten
