As a Sales Manager Public, Health and Local Authorities at Check Point you will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic sales team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions within the public Healthcare and local Authoriteis field. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity products (Check Point Products preferred), excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer/partner relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Health and Local Authorities Team
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decisions
- Increase market penetration in the public sector and have a strong focus on new public sector customer acquisition
- Drive Cloud, BTP, Infinity and Mobile Security solution sales across the territory
Customer/Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Work closely with them to understand customers/partners needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Ensure high level of customer/partner satisfaction and retention
- Build up C-Level network within defined customers and partners
Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to Manager
Coaching And Development
- Provide ongoing training, coaching to your team on best practices and effective sales techniques
- Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
- Working with employees close to strategic account planning and MEDDPICC
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales position in IT industry in the public sector
- Deep understanding of the financial and administrative interrelationships in Health and Local Authorities sector
- Experience in implementing business strategies in the public sector
- Experience in dealing with Health and Local Authorities customers
- Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
- Business acumen and process driven
- Broad understanding of Security market – competitors, solutions
- Result oriented and action driven
- Good skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
- Native German language, fluent English language
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- You can work remotely
