The Role

We are looking for a
Head of Strategy & Analytics
to lead Numa's strategic decision-making and analytics agenda. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a critical role in property underwriting, expansion strategy, M&A analysis, and commercial insights. You will lead a growing team of analysts, present findings to our Investment Committee and Board, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of
  Business/Data Analysts
  , ensuring speed and accuracy in insights.
• Head the
  RevPAR underwriting process
  for new expansion properties, continuously improving our underwriting engine.
• Present well-argued positions on expansion opportunities at
  Investment Committee
  meetings.
• Partner with the Real Estate team on
  market expansion strategy
  , including competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
• Analyse
  existing property performance
  and identify improvement levers.
• Play a key role in
  M&A due diligence
  (revenue underwriting, market analysis, integration support).
• Work with
  Commercial teams
  (Revenue, Distribution, Marketing, Sales) to identify analytics gaps to then deliver reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with
  Operations
  and
  Product
  to optimize Numa's product offering and business model.
• Prepare
  performance updates
  for investors and support Board reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in startups, consulting, strategy, analytics, investment, or corporate development.
• Proven analytical expertise in
  underwriting, performance forecasting
  or
  financial modeling.
• Strong experience with 
  market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and investment evaluation

• Skilled at presenting to 
  executives
