Specialist Travel Management (m/w/d)

IHR AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Zwischenprüfen und Bearbeiten eingehender Anträge zur Genehmigung von Dienstreisen
  • Berücksichtigung von rechtlichen Bestimmungen und steuerlichen Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen in Bezug auf die Reiserichtlinien
  • Umsetzung von Projekten und regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Managern
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Reports

IHR QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Mind. erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung oder Berührungspunkte in der Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Zahlenaffinität und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in HRWorks
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
