Deine Aufgaben

  • Proaktives Steuern und Abstimmen von Lieferplänen, um eine punktgenaue Versorgung unserer Großkunden sicherzustellen und so maßgeblich zum Geschäftserfolg beizutragen
  • Frühes Erkennen und eigenverantwortliches Lösen von Lieferengpässen – dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen internen Teams zusammen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Tiefgehende Analyse und smarte Harmonisierung von Kundendaten im spannenden Kontext der Integration eines neuen Produktionsstandorts in unsere Sales Company DACH
  • Verantwortungsvolle Pflege und Abgleich von Kundenstammdaten zwischen Sales Company und unseren Divisionen, um eine verlässliche und einheitliche Datenbasis zu schaffen
  • Klärung bei der Identifikation von kaufmännischen, logistischen und technischen Kundenreklamationen
  • Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Fertigungswerken
  • Regelmäßige Arbeit mit Dashboards und Ableiten von Aktionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden anderer Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen, die unser Team und das gesamte Unternehmen voranbringen

Was du mitbringst

  • Student*in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Marketing & Vertrieb, Handel & Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbare
  • Erste einschlägige Erfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika oder einer Berufsausbildung wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit Blick aufs Detail, auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen sind von Vorteil
