Job Summary
  • Managing all reception tasks and general office administration - 1st face at our location
  • Main contact person for all events that are organized on site (trainings, external/internal visits, customer visits etc) including catering, bookings, room set-up
  • Purchasing office supplies/catering/employee engagement related products and services
  • Calendar/room management
  • Site communication
  • Initiate local and adopt Global Corporate Social Responsibility activities
  • Travel bookings and expense administration
  • Budget responsibility for CSR and Office management cost centers
Job Qualifications
  • Very good knowledge of all common MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • German language min. C1
  • English language min. B2
