About the role In short: Own the creation of one of the most comprehensive and reliable pharma databases out there. In this role, you'll:Contribute to designing and prototyping AI agents powered by LLMs – exploring reasoning, tool use, and collaboration.Help build and maintain backends and orchestration frameworks for AI workflows.Work with product and design to understand real-world user workflows and see how they translate into AI-native solutions.Design, build, and operate data acquisition pipelines that collect, process, and integrate complex data from diverse sources (APIs, third-party vendors, crawlers, and more) into a database.Use LLMs efficiently to parse, label, and transform unstructured content with prompt management, evals, and cost controls.Develop data-quality tests that ensure accurate, consistent data.

You might be a fit if…You have hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and are eager to deepen your understanding of agents and orchestration frameworks.You know how to work with LLMs in production, with hands-on experience in prompting, evaluation, implementing guardrails, and optimizing cost-performance trade-offs.You put data quality first - accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date information are non-negotiable.You have an entrepreneurial mindset - you don't wait for perfect specs, but turn ambiguity into clarity and high-impact solutions, bringing structure where there is none.You thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment, continuously willing to learn and master your craft.You are resourceful, with a get-it-done attitude, deeply committed, and willing to go the extra mile when it matters, because you care deeply about the problems you're solving and you care about your own work.
