Als Customer Impact Engineer bei Manex AI übernimmst du die Verantwortung für komplexe Kundenprojekte und stellst sicher, dass unsere Plattform echten Mehrwert in den Fabriken liefert. Du verbindest exzellentes Projektmanagement mit tiefem Verständnis für Produktion und Daten und schaffst so messbaren Impact.

Deine Rolle
  • Eigenständige Leitung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten in unterschiedlichen Industrien
  • Analyse von Problemen in Produktionsprozessen und Übersetzung in skalierbare KI-Lösungen
  • Entwicklung von Rollout- und Integrationsstrategien für Enterprise-Kunden
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung in konkrete Anwendungen
  • Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern in großen Industrieorganisationen von Shopfloor bis C-Level


Was dich auszeichnet
  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar (Plus: PhD)
  • 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Beratung, Automotive, Produktion oder Tech
  • Solide Kenntnisse in Data Science und KI im industriellen Kontext
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und souveränes Stakeholder-Management
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Wohnsitz in München oder Umgebung und die Motivation, mit uns All-in zu gehen
