Project Scope:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager who has experience implementing RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) Technology who is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and drive change on either in Central US or East coast. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and credibility in the following:

  • Deep understanding of program management methodologies and industry trends.

  • Lead the full RTLS implementation lifecycle—requirements, design, hardware deployment, software config, testing, and go-live.

  • Map and optimize tracking workflows (staff, patients, equipment, asset management) to match clinical and operational needs.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, clinical ops, facilities, vendors) to hit milestones and resolve risks.

  • Oversee RTLS integrations with systems like EHRs, nurse call, bed management, telehealth platforms, and analytics dashboards.

  • Drive change management and adoption, including training, communications, readiness, and post-go-live optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps.

  • Program Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of programs—from initiation and planning to execution and closure.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

  • Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.

  • Process Improvement: Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to optimize workflows.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must live in Germany or surrounding countries and fluent in English & German

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: 7–10 years in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a program leadership role.

  • Certifications: PMP, or Agile certifications are desirable.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

  • Senior-level experience with RTLS (Real-Time Location System) technology, including implementation, integration, and optimization for operational workflows.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication German & English, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
