Aufgaben

  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Detaillierung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen mit Schwerpunkt aus Verbundwerkstoffen
  • Erstellung fertigungsgerechter Modelle, Zeichnungsableitungen und Dokumentation unter Berücksichtigung von verbundwerkstoffspezifischen Besonderheiten
  • Berechnung und Simulation von Verbundwerkstoffbauteilen und Baugruppen
  • Konstruktion von zugehörigen Fertigungswerkzeugen, Formen und Vorrichtungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen und Zulieferer, um die Herstellbarkeit und Spezifikation sicherzustellen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Fertigungstechnologien und -prozesse für Verbundwerkstoff Bauteile
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von anwendbaren luftfahrtspezifischen Normen, Qualitätsstandards und Vorgaben
  • Abstimmung technischer Details mit Kunden und Lieferanten

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ eine technische Ausbildung (z.B. Technischer Produktdesigner) mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und fundierter Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion mit CATIA V5, insbesondere in den Modulen:
  • CPD
  • CPE
  • CPM
  • CFM
  • GSD
  • Part Design & Assembly Design
  • Drawing
  • Erfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie und mit den entsprechenden Normen und Regularien
  • Kenntnisse in den gängigen Herstellungsverfahren für Verbundwerkstoffe
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
  • Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Geschäftsreisen
