**This is what you can do**:

- Identify functional integration related issues
- Define, plan and steer corresponding activities (lead-time / workload / competencies)
- Define and present solutions for integration related issues to chief engineer for approval
- Coordination of the system development and alignment with the aircraft architecture teams
- Consolidating aircraft level and system level design data in line with chief engineering decisions
- Support in defining and deployment of processes, methods and tools in alignment with line management (e.g. System Development Plan, Requirements Management Plan, Validation and Verification Plan)

**You’ll bring this with you**:

- Engineering Degree (MEng/MSc/PhD)
- 10 years professional experience in aerospace industry
- Expertise in System Integration
- Strong knowledge of system development process (ARP4754 and ARP4761)
- Pro-active & solution-oriented mindset
- Analytical & structured way of working
- Conflict Management & resolution skills
