Diebrill is expanding its presence across private aviation, superyachts, luxury real estate development, high-end architecture, automotive design, and other premium sectors. We are opening a select number of roles for individuals with established networks and the experience to operate at senior decision-maker level.

About the Role

The Senior Strategic Luxury Partnerships Developer identifies, opens, and positions opportunities for bespoke Diebrill collaborations. Each commission is a one-of-a-kind creation: writing instruments and legacy branding artifacts crafted to reflect the materials, identity, and design language of a residence, yacht, aircraft, architectural project, or luxury brand.

Your expertise and network create the introduction. Diebrill handles the creative, technical, and production processes, as well as proposal development, visual concepts, and early-stage meeting support.

This role is ideal for individuals already trusted within high-value industries and comfortable initiating dialogues at C-level, ownership level, or with top-tier creative leadership.

Responsibilities


• Identify potential collaborations across private aviation, superyachts, architecture and interior design, luxury real estate, automotive design, hospitality, and related sectors.


• Introduce Diebrill to senior decision-makers, creative heads, brand directors, or project owners.


• Qualify opportunities and open the initial conversation.


• Participate in early proposal framing or introductory meetings as needed.


• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and high-level communication throughout.

Compensation

This position is commission-only, designed for individuals who understand the value of high-caliber introductions.

A generous percentage is paid for any collaboration you originate that concludes successfully.

Commissions are tied to the final project value and can be substantial given the nature of the work. Details and examples will be shared during the interview process.
