Your position at a glance

We're looking for a Content Creator/Copywriter to expand Delightex's storytelling capacity and strengthen our brand voice. You'll play a key role in driving measurable content performance, increasing engagement, reach, and conversion across all communication channels.In this role, you'll craft high-quality, on-brand content that showcases how Delightex empowers people to transform ideas into immersive 3D experiences. You'll write for our website, product, campaigns, and social media, while collaborating closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and Product and Growth teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, creative, and impactful.

Your tasksContent creation & storytelling

• Create clear, conversion-optimized copy for product pages and landing pages to boost sign-ups, feature adoption, and time-on-page.

• Write, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, blog and newsletter that drives measurable engagement growth,always aligned with our brand's tone and visual style.

• Maintain and refine FAQs, help articles, presentations and support content to make our tools even easier to understand.

• Support with updating website pages, ensuring all content stays current, visually aligned with brand standards, and optimized for SEO and user engagement.

Social media and community support

• Support in the management of social media channels to increase follower growth, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.

• Help highlight our creator and educator community through spotlight posts, short interviews, and behind-the-scenes features.

• Collect and shape customer stories, case studies, and testimonials that illustrate how users innovate with Delightex.

• Research trends and leverage analytics to identify top-performing content that connect with our users and expand brand reach.

Visual and multimedia content

• Support in the creation of visual and multimedia assets, such as banners, graphics, and short videos, in collaboration with designers.

• Draft scripts for video tutorials, product explainers, and marketing videos, making complex concepts approachable and fun.

• Help maintain and organize the brand's visual and content library for easy access and reusability.

Your profile

• Experience in content marketing and copywriting

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for storytelling and clarity.

• Interest in creative software, design, or 3D creation tools.

• Familiarity with visual tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, or similar).

• Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a love for collaboration.

This is a plus

• Experience in communications for tech or creative products
• Experience in the education field
• M.S. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
