Als Project Procurement Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Überwachung aller projektbezogenen Beschaffungsaktivitäten, insbesondere in komplexen und multidisziplinären Projekten. Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Projektleitung und weiteren relevanten Bereichen.

Folgende Tätigkeiten erwarten Sie:

  • Koordination sämtlicher am Projekt beteiligten Schnittstellen zur Beschaffung
  • Erstellung projektbezogener Kennzahlen / Projektreportings zum Projektcontrolling
  • Steuerung der Erstellung projektspezifischer Einkaufsverträge unter Einbindung aller relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen bzw. Aufplanung der einzelnen Beschaffungsaktivitäten
  • Vorbereitung und Verhandlung komplexer Vertragswerke
  • Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten
  • Erstellung sowie Aktualisierung einer dokumentierten Strategie für die Umsetzung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten im Projekt
  • Fachliche Führung von Einkäufern/Einkaufsteams
  • Durchsetzung von Claims und Einleitung von Kompensationsmaßnahmen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder Diplom) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Führen anspruchsvoller Verhandlungssituationen
  • Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (BGB, HGB)
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP, MS Office)
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Reisebereitschaft
