Our Accounting and Controlling department is looking for active reinforcement As a Financial Accountant, you will actively shape the development of our IFRS and SAP-supported accounting landscape. You will work closely with the department head, provide support with monthly and annual financial statements, the introduction of Group accounting and the further development of SAP ByDesign.

- Supervision of operational accounting
- Preparing and auditing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB
- Participation in the first IFRS consolidated financial statements including intercompany reconciliations
- Support in the audit and preparation of tax and accounting issues
- Coordination with auditors, tax consultants and external partners
- Further development and optimization of our processes in SAP ByDesign
- Support with internal reporting and budget processes
- Helping to shape financial processes in a dynamically growing environment
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance or completed further training as an accountant (IHK)
- At least 8 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment or a scale-up
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, in particular in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Experience in working with SAP Business ByDesign is a plus
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
