Role Overview As an Oracle Database Administrator, you will manage and optimize complex Oracle environments, supporting critical systems in a highly regulated industry. You’ll work closely with technical teams and directly on-site with the end client. Key Responsibilities Administer Oracle databases (19c+) in a Linux environment Manage Oracle Data Guard setups Operate and maintain Oracle WebLogic 12c/14c, APEX & ORDS servers Perform backup & recovery with RMAN Analyze and resolve technical issues independently Provide database support for a key international project Must-Have Qualifications 3–5 years Oracle DBA experience (19c+) Hands-on Oracle WebLogic administration Very good German & English skills Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site Eligible citizenship: German, Italian, Spanish, or British Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with: Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle IAM Oracle Analytics Publisher Oracle Enterprise Manager Linux shell scripting PL/SQL APEX development Personal Traits Proactive and self-driven Strong customer focus High performance mindset Reliable and committed Team-oriented Benefits ️ Meal subsidy for on-site restaurant Discounted corporate fitness membership Clear development path (e.g., project lead) Flat hierarchy & collaborative culture Stable long-term employment environment Contract Details Permanent employment contract 40 hours/week 30 vacation days 6-month probation period Hiring Process 30-min MS Teams interview (technical & cultural fit) On-site interview in Hallbergmoos Offer & citizenship verification
