Your Role:As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master Intern, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical execution and agile project management for our operations team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate agile processes, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate with the team to ensure sprint objectives are met and deliverables are on track Coach team members on agile principles, methodologies, and best practices to foster continuous improvement Identify and address obstacles impeding workflow efficiency Manage project workflows to enable the team to focus on technical strategy and execution Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance team collaboration and productivity Collaborate on a Master's thesis project (if aligned with your academic goals) What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for fostering collaboration Agile and Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist) are a strong plus Experience with Product management, Product Increment Planning & Execution with stackholders and passion for fostering collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence). Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
