Become part of our Accounting Solutions Team at Daimler Truck Financial Services: In close collaboration with IT and Controlling departments, the Accounting Solutions Team is in charge of defining and configuring end-to-end business processes for Accounting in the standardized SAP ECC System "FAST". Considering internal policies, IFRS, local legal and accounting requirements, the aim is also to increase efficiency and to harmonize internal processes of all DTFS legal entities worldwide.

Besides supporting those DTFS legal entities that are already using FAST in case of errors or need for enhancements, the Accounting solutions team is busy to further roll out the Accounting System FAST to further DTFS legal entities across the globe.

What You Can Expect

• Analyze, clean up and document the existing Chart of Accounts as well as current system settings
• Keep track of live market tickets as well as project related tasks e.g. by analyzing which business cases are posted to specific GL accounts in SAP system or to define posting logics considering IFRS and local GAAP requirements
• Create system change requests and test plans, prepare analysis and tests in the SAP system
• Prepare SAP training material and presentations as well as process documentation for the local markets
• Being part of a multicultural team working in an international and cross-functional environment
• the opportunity to gain the knowledge to customize and use SAP ECC for Accounting purposes
• applying and deepening your IFRS knowledge

Profil
THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

• Studies in (International) Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Desired knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S4HANA
• You are self-organized, take responsibility for assigned tasks and keep track on them. You check the quality of your own work, and ask for help, if needed
• Social Skills: Commitment, Openness, Communication.
• Ability to integrate into international, intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
