TITLE: Mandarin speaking Account Manager TELECOMS
Location: Frankfurt

Salary €42,000 to € 56,000 +Bonus

About this role
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a wide range of telecom and ICT solutions across Europe, including IEPL, VPN, IP Transit, IoT, and cloud services. Leveraging your expertise and interpersonal skills, you will drive new business development, cultivate long term client relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to organize marketing events, attend industry conferences, and engage in professional networking, all within a supportive and dynamic environment. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, allowing you to focus on delivering results and contributing to business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts in Germany and broader European markets, achieving assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
Identify leads, acquire new clients, and provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and conduct market and customer analysis to support strategic planning.
Represent my client at marketing events, industry conferences, and seminars.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to process improvements.
Undertake additional tasks to support business operations as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with established business connections among Chinese enterprises in Europe.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in telecom or related industries; cross-border business experience and project coordination skills are advantageous.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and German (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
