- Lead the Business Data Analytics team, which creates a comprehensive data-enabled experience and data driven business for the client through ingenious data transformations and solid analyses combined with vivid data visualizations.- Continuous identification of talent to further grow the team as well as develop existing team members.- Oversee all aspects of analytics and business intelligence projects.- You will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key insights from enterprise data and translate those insights into initiatives that support business outcomes.- You will collaborate with leaders across the business to support and implement high-value, data
- driven decisions.- Supporting our business segments with specific evaluations as well as analyzing and preparing data, data sources and interfaces of different (structured and unstructured) formats- Identify potential solution scenarios, systems and data sources to support prototype and product realization.- Identify conflicts between business and IT requirements and identify solution options.- Recognizing and managing risks within projects.- You support business partners on their way to the goal, take their wishes and convert them into suitable products.
- You help establish a data-driven culture.

**Requirements**:
- An excellent University Degree with an analytical focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science or mathematics), paired with a passion for data and its visualization.- German native speaker, English proficient. Spanish is a plus.- Experienced knowledge on the telecom industry.- Experience in team management is an advantage.- Experience in an analytical field (e.g. business intelligence, data science, marketing analytics)- Consulting and Project Management experience is an advantage.-
- Expertise in Cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, spark-based data transformation (pySpark/- Databricks) and database systems (SQL and No-SQL)- Experience with python, R and autoML is a plus.- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, especially in projects- Basic understanding of machine learning models such as regression, clustering, classification, neural networks, prediction etc. preferred.- Creative thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Customer-oriented, open-minded, and self-reliant way of working- Fast, analytical, and proactive mindset with an eye for detail.
