Global Financial Engineering Lead (M/F/d) in full or part time (Ref.Nr. R1001842)
for our activities in the field of transportation at our headquarters in Ditzingen near Stuttgart
You will enjoy having this responsibility:
As the Global Financial Engineering Lead for our Global Business Unit (GBU) Ground Transportation Systems (GTS) you will ensure the proper management of Financial & Credit Management for the full GBU perimeter.
It also involves the following tasks:
- Take the responsibility for all financial engineering tasks for all GTS entities as the main contact point- Ensure that Group Methodology is applied, and modern processes and tools are in place- Manage the trade and project finance relationships with financial institutions (banks, debt and equity investors and credit-insurers), the Export Credit Agencies (e.g. EDC and US Eximbank) and multilaterals (e.g. World Bank, Inter-American development bank)- Identify and propose innovative financial solutions for contracts with export and domestic clients with the view to improve their cash profile impact on our GTS accounts- Identify and secure financial risks linked to GTS projects across all entities including credit management activities- Ensure and maintain performance, risk and compliance culture- Strong coordination with countries and corporate functions
You have:
- You have a Master’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, a CFA or similar- You have at least 10 years of relevant practical experience- You are innovative and creative in solution finding- In addition, you are able to drive an international, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary network and are able to grow along with the organization- You describe yourself as agile and are good at communicating efficiently- You are fluent in English verbally and written, French and German is a plus
