Sales Director

Consumer goods manufacturing company is looking for Sales Director in Germany with experience in building sales channels for distribution and **fluent German, Russian and English** languages.
**Key responsibilities**
- Increase the presence of company brands on the German market
- Ensure achieving/exceeding annual sales targets in Germany
- Build a nationwide sales team
- Regular team trainings - online and offline
- Establishment of a commission system and setting of targets
- Maintaining and achieving/exceeding annual sales targets in Germany
- Building trustful and long-term relationships with the existing and new customers
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to define and implement appropriate sales & marketing strategies to succeed in the German market
- Daily reporting and close communication with the head office
**Required qualifications**
- At least 7 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in negotiating complex deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong experience in working with CMR systems
- A positive attitude & lots of initiative
- Fluency in Russian, English and German (oral and written)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work as individually and as a good team builder
- Self-starter and strong desire to contribute to success for the growth of the company on the German market
- Experience with contract terms, contract reviews, contract negotiations and contract/risk management.
- The highest professional standards, solid experience with sales in B2B and B2C
