**What You’ll Do**

We are looking for an user experience designer (f/m/d) that works closely with the engineering teams to shape
- Research and understand target users, working closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create solutions tailored to their needs.
- Planning & facilitating user research activities (e.g. qualitative 1:1 moderated usability test sessions, quantitative unmoderated online studies, ideation workshops with customers, etc.)
- Communicating effectively within UX- and product management / development community
- Helping measure UX goals and metrics as well as free-text field comments

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor degree of higher in a design-related study, first working experience as UX Designer
- Experience with experimental design, research planning, facilitating studies /experiments, statistical analysis, reporting
- Experience working self-reliantly, managing small projects, working with a multitude of stakeholders, taking care of operational & administrative work
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, fluent in German (in spoken and written form)
