**ABOUT THE TEAM**
We are a team of UX Researchers, Designers and Design Thinking Coaches who believe that User Experience Design is key to the success of (software) products & services.
We're looking for a passionate working student to join our team and contribute to our UX research & measurement activities. You will work closely with our experienced UX professionals along the user-centered design process: conducting and analyzing UX measurement surveys, gathering the user’s needs through interviews and Usability Tests.
**THE ROLE**
- You support user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights & identify user needs
- You communicate and present research insights to product owners and journey managers
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Student (f/m/d) in Cognitive Science, Interaction Design / Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology / Social Anthropology, Communication Design, Product Design or related fields
- Passionate about user experience and a desire to learn and grow in the UX field
- Basic knowledge of user research methods & tools
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UX methods is an advantage
- MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills both in English and German
- Team player, enthusiastic & open-minded, customer-oriented, self-driven & reliable, eager to learn
- Bonus points: knowledge of statistic tools an advantage, interest in ML-based text analysis
