**THE ROLE**
Together with experienced UX Researchers & UX Designers of our team, you
- support in user research, i.e. identifying user needs and supporting the execution of usability tests of various tools in multiple roles.
- work closely with UX experts and IT product teams.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics / Informatics / Interaction Design / Business Administration / Psychology / Sociology / Social Anthropology
- Computer skills: MS Office, knowledge of statistic tools an advantage
- Analytical skills: knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UX methods is an advantage
- Language skills: EN, DE
- Soft skills: Team player, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable
- Others: Knowledge in Design Thinking, user-centered design and agile development methods is a plus- #Workingstudent #Werkstudent #Germany #Deutschland #Student_
