**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your main responsibilities in that role will be**:

- Connecting people & being the trusted contact person for team members and stakeholders.
- Work closely with functional leads to ensure that the team has the capacity and capabilities needed to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency, such as implementing agile methodologies and improving communication and collaboration between team members.
- Provide guidance and support to functional leads and team members.
- Ensure that team members are meeting individual and team goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Identify and address any issues that may be affecting team morale or productivity and develop strategies to address them.
- Drive organizational development towards an agile organization, working closely with other departments to implement agile practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as human resources and finance, to ensure that the team has the resources it needs to succeed.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to develop team members' skills and careers.
- Drive continuous organization development (Maintain our role framework, drive team structure optimization and adjustments, conduct regular organization reviews, etc.)

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a development related environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Founded technical skills, with experience in software development methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with software development tools & processes.
