**Tasks inspiring you**:

- You adapt our products to the respective target environment and the customer's specific process requirements through configuration
- You support projects during acceptance and commissioning
- You take on the technical and disciplinary management of a team
- You advise and support team and project managers on detailed technical issues in the SCADA environment
- You evaluate SCADA-specific parameters in projects and ensure their optimal adaptation

**Qualifications that inspire us**:

- You have a degree in computer science, software engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- You have many years of experience with SCADA systems, especially PSIcontrol
- You have at least 5 years of experience in software projects and in leading interdisciplinary teams
- You have strong technical leadership and mentoring skills and can motivate and develop teams
- Your communication and conflict resolution skills are excellent
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You are solution-oriented and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- You are willing to travel for projects at home and abroad
