Your mission
- You assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, as well prepare presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
- You are responsible for the document management and coordination with other departments to ensure processes run smoothly
- You support with the creation and improvement of processes as well as procedures for the Global Service Operations & Supply Chain unit
- You keep the control over databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper
- You manage and maintain online platforms (e.g. MS SharePoint, MS Streams, etc.)
- You plan meetings, take detailed minutes and follow up tasks as well as timelines
- You coordinate the translation of the technical documentation
- You support in creating strategic related topics for the different areas in the department
**Profile**:
- You have strong organizational and planning skills
- You have gained knowledge in office management systems and procedures
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- You have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- You are good in process management and improvement
- You are paying attention to details and have a innovative mindset
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
