Your mission
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, as well prepare presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
- Document management and coordination with other departments to ensure processes run smoothly
- Support with the creation and improvement of processes as well as procedures for the Global Service Operations & Supply Chain unit
- Keep control over databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper
- Manage and maintain online platforms (e.g. MS SharePoint, MS Streams, etc.)
- Plan meetings, take detailed minutes and follow up tasks as well as timelines
- Coordinate the translation of the technical documentation
- Support in creating strategic related topics for the different areas in the department

**Profile**:

- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Process management and improvement skills
- Attention to detail and innovative mindset
- Presentation skills
- Administrative writing and editing skills Fluent in English, German is a plus
