BioTalent are pleased to be supporting a fast-growing, multinational biotechnology company in search of an Administrative Coordinator to support the company as they expand, grow their presence and move to their new site in Dresden, Germany.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Provide administrative and project management support, and organise meetings, interviews and onsite visit agendas.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new employees.
- Plan and organise team events and assist with travel arrangements.
- Manage and partner with external service providers.
- Manage documentation, correspondence, incoming calls and office stock.
- Develop innovative ideas and improvements to internal workflows and processes.
**You will bring the following**:
- Apprenticeship (“Kaufmännische Ausbildung”) or degree in business management, or similar.
- 2+ years of work experience as an assistant/administrator or similar.
- Ability to communicate effectively in German and English.
