**PhD Position in the field of condensed matter physics (f/m/d)**
**(Salary group 13 TV-L, 75 %, 29.85 hours per week)**
The position is available in the research group of Prof. Dr. Thomas Weitz. The project deals with the electronic properties of hybrid matter consisting of organic and van-der-Waals materials. The position is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) **for 3 years **.
**What we offer**:
Within the advertised position, you will learn how to manufacture van-der-Waals organic hybrid structures and characterize them via state-of-the-art quantum transport and microscopy techniques.

**What we are looking for**:
You have completed your scientific university studies with a master’s degree in the field of physics, with above-average grades and ideally have very good knowledge in condensed matter physics, nanofabrication and quantum transport.
