**Tasks**:

- As a member of the legal team, you contribute knowledge in capital and banking law.
- You actively contribute to growth with your tailored and pragmatic solutions for innovative projects and legal concerns.
- Your knowledge of finance and capital market themes allows you to actively promote them.
- You are in charge of carrying out contractual transactions, as well as checking and modifying contracts.
- In addition to your financial market knowledge, you assist other departments with their legal queries and issues.

**Requirements**:

- You are a fully qualified lawyer, having passed two legal state exams (at least one exam fully satisfactory).
- You already have more than three years of relevant expertise in the above areas at a reputable legal firm or enterprise.
- You have excellent communication skills and love writing legal documents or petitions.
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and can communicate legal requirements in an intelligible manner.
- You speak German and English fluently and find it simple to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You perceive fresh and unfamiliar questions as a task that you must solve on your own.
