**Tasks**:

- Act as the company's exclusive legal risk manager in all areas relating to German corporate law.
- Proactively counsel the company's Executive Board and Supervisory Board on legal matters.
- Work closely with our Investor Relations team to plan the Annual General Meeting and oversee any meeting-related legal matters.
- Coordination and provision of legal assistance on legal matters, including legal counsel for relevant board meetings and resolutions, for the company's German subsidiaries.
- Proactively oversee the legal aspects of our quarterly reports, working closely with our finance department to draught them, with an emphasis on the yearly report.
- Manage every facet of corporate law projects, such as capital raises and mergers, including document creation and planning for their execution with management and registries.
- Give legal counsel on topics related to Market Abuse Regulation, such as ad hoc announcements and Directors Dealings.

**Requirements**:

- German law degrees or equivalent international law degrees with a strong academic record and bar entrance are among your skills.
- 10 years or more of professional expertise in German corporate law in a global law firm or business
- English and German proficiency
- Ability and willingness to work in cross-functional, intercultural teams and projects
- High levels of flexibility and decisiveness mixed with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong team player with an organised working style, great negotiating abilities, and a high rate of implementation.
