**Intern - Intercompany Delivery Management (M/F/d)**

The global warehouse and transport team at Bayer is responsible for a variety of strategic, tactical and operational projects within the pharmaceutical and consumer health supply chain. The Intercompany Delivery Management is responsible for Order Management and Export documentation for both divisions in the most efficient way. To work on current department projects and performance management, we are looking for support in the Global Warehouse & Transportation department for the following:
**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**
- Support on Intercompany Delivery Management projects
- Support on Department Metrics measurement and Performance Evaluation
- Help on identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Help to drive Sustainability Initiatives within Intercompany Delivery Management
- Support on the day to day business operations, when required

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Ongoing Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or similar
- Experience in project management in an international environment desirable
- Interest and initial professional experience in the areas of supply chain management and transport & warehousing
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), further knowledge of analysis and visualisation tools would be an advantage
- Ability to work creatively, analytically and in structured manner
- Strong communication skills and interest in working with international colleagues from a wide range of functions and disciplines
- Fluent in Englisch and German, both written and spoken
