INTERN DEALER CONSUMER SYSTEMS (F/M/D)
SALES INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS
Monitoring, assigning and handling incidents and change requests in relation for central projects/platforms such as our new Online Service Booking solution or our European Gateway that connects Dealer Management Systems with our central systems
Maintaining documentations and project plans
Cross-functional contact with various departments and European markets, especially regarding operational issues
Providing operational DCS Team support where needed, e.g. preparation of meetings, presentations
Testing of newly developed functions in collaboration with our central IT department (eOffer, OSB, CEMI, MUD, DMS Gateway,)
Designing, updating and sharing relevant reportings that contain e.g. usage of platforms, implementation by markets, user conversion rates etc.
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
Student of business administration or comparable field of study
Good numerical & analytic skills
Great eye for details, precise handling in large amount of data and information
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented behavior
Innovative and enjoy working as a team player in an international team and environment
Overall IT knowledge
Basic project management skills
