**Global Incident Investigator,** who has a background in incident management, investigations, IT, security, or any other related discipline to help manage incidents and perform investigations both during and after an incident. Functionally reporting to the Global Head of Protection & Resilience, you will be responsible for coordinating the management and investigation into incidents including external investigation cases, ensuring the correct processes and procedures are in place to identify, assess, escalate, resolve, and close incidents. In addition, you will ensure lessons emerging from any investigations and post-incident analysis are being implemented and learned across the organization.

**You will**
- Coordinate the investigation of severe incidents across our global organization, with a particular focus on incidents relating to external crime.
- Review and analyse allegations of external crime by conducting interviews and other investigative activities.
- Prepare investigation reports or post-incident reports and discuss and defend the findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Coordinate actions or lessons emerging from investigations and/or post-incident analysis and ensure actions or lessons are being actively followed-up and / or implemented across the organization.
- Deliver training on topics relating to global incident management and external fraud to various stakeholders across the organization.
- Support awareness raising activities on topics relating to global incident management and external investigations to all employees.
- Contribute to strategies to improve the security and resilience of Allianz Technology employees, operations, and reputation.
- Where required, support the Global Readiness & Resilience Center and / or the Crisis Unit with the response to a severe disruption, emergency, or crisis.
- Remain up to date on industry trends and best practice relating to incident management, investigations, and external fraud.
- Perform other tasks relating to incidents / security / resilience as requested by the Global Head of Protection & Resilience.

**Your skills**
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in two or more of the following areas: investigations, IT, incident management, intelligence, security, fraud, policing, compliance, cybercrime, project management, or any related field (experience relating to the investigation of extensive, complex, detailed, and confidential investigations is desirable).
- University degree in a relevant discipline, such as policing, investigations, IT, law, risk management, international security, business administration, forensic accounting, economics, or any other related field.
- Solid analytical skills. Ability to contextualize and provide meaning to an investigation.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Excellent influencing, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also in times of high pressure.
- Ability to rapidly digest, evaluate and filter large quantities of information.
- Familiarity with communication and presentation tools (sound knowledge and experience in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international, and complex team environments.
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (additional languages, particularly German, are a plus).
- International work experience (desirable but not essential).
