**Job Purpose**
As the Team Assistant, you will be providing dedicated administrative support to the KVG entity in Germany, primarily based in our Frankfurt office. You will collaborate closely with the local leadership team (e.g., up to 3 Managing Directors and/or several Senior Managers) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In addition, you will be part of our broader assistant pool
- including 2 other colleagues in Frankfurt at present - where responsibilities are shared or divided to maintain comprehensive coverage for the entire organisation. This role requires a high level of discretion, proactive organisation, and the flexibility to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders both within Germany and internationally.
**Role**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assist KVG leadership
- Administration support for the teams regarding accounting, travel management and internal meetings
- Work collaboratively with the legal department to prepare shareholder and Supervisory Board resolutions and other documentation
- Act as an interface to other departments and branches in and outside Germany
- Participate actively in the assistant pool to ensure adequate team assistance coverage
- Organisation and co-ordination of investor meetings within and outside Germany with the Investor Relations Team
- Co-ordination on all day-to-day matters with Office Managers
- Maintain commercial registers, property files, and relevant documentation for the KVG
- Assist with audit processes, including preparation and provision of required audit documents
- Projects and ad-hoc tasks
**Job Requirements**
- Very good communication skills, advanced written and spoken German and English language skills
- Proven experience in administrative or team assistant roles
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Proactive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
