Position Description
Cinemo is continually evolving its product portfolio. To support our engineering teams in this activity, we are currently looking for a motivated Product Owner for our embedded clients within our android solutions.
The Product Owner will help us align our engineering activities in accordance with our strategy and ensure a fast development of high-quality products. This role requires a technically skilled individual with a high comprehension and the ability to align software engineering and business needs.
**In this role, you will**:

- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmap
- Manage the product backlog and its delivery, in alignment with the product strategy; be accountable for timeline and quality of the delivery
- Ensure the teams understanding of the overall vision and strategy to support a good understanding of acceptance criteria and self-driven development
- Provide transparency of product development status to all levels
- Coach and motivate the team into embracing agile and test-driven development
- Coordinate all development team activities, manage the process and remove impediments
- Support in process audits

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Very good understanding and working experience of Scrum / Agile methodologies and software development in a challenging environment
- Good understanding of software architectures and android development
- Development experience in Kotlin and experience with embedded solutions are a plus
- Experience in Multimedia technologies is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in leading project teams without disciplinary power
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
