Tasks

**Position Description**:
Cinemo is continually evolving its product portfolio. To support our
engineering teams in this activity, we are currently looking for a
motivated Product Owner for our embedded clients within our cloud
solutions.

The Product Owner will help us align our engineering
activities in accordance with our strategy and ensure a fast development
of high-quality products. This role requires a technically skilled
individual with a high comprehension and the ability to align software
engineering and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmap
- Manage the product backlog and its delivery, in alignment with the product

strategy; be accountable for timeline and quality of the delivery
- Ensure the teams understanding of the overall vision and strategy to support a

good understanding of acceptance criteria and self-driven development
- Provide transparency of product development status to all levels
- Coach and motivate the team into embracing Agile and test-driven development
- Coordinate all development team activities, manage the process and remove impediments
- Support in process audits

**Requirements**:
**Experience & Skills**:

- Very good understanding and working experience of Scrum / Agile methodologies and software development
- (Good) understanding of software architectures and cloud topology
- Proven development experience in C++
- Strong leader with demonstrated experience in leading project teams without disciplinary power
- Very good interpersonal communication and networking skills
