We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Product Owner to join our thriving team, playing a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our Database as a Service (DBaaS) products. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable database solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Tasks**:

- Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and maintain a clear vision for the DBaaS product line, ensuring it aligns with company goals and customer needs.
- Act as a bridge between the technical team and stakeholders to ensure the product strategy is well understood and executed effectively.
- Requirements Engineering:

- Gather essential insights through customer interactions, market research, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Translate complex requirements into user stories and actionable tasks that guide the development team.
- Stakeholder Interface:

- Regularly engage with customers, gathering feedback and integrating it into product development effectively.
- Communicate product progress and developments to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and stakeholder confidence.
- Product Performance and Enhancement:

- Evaluate product performance using analytical tools and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prioritize product backlog items based on impact and strategic value, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and business benefits.
- Agile Support and Development:

- Support the team in Agile methodologies, helping to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, or similar, preferably with expertise in DBaaS or related fields.
- Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of database technologies and cloud services.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions based on detailed analysis.
- Strong communication skills in both English and German, catering to a diverse, international team and customer base.
