Senior Assistant to Vice President Sales

You enjoy handling a broad variety of tasks and being involved in both strategical and operational topics? Then we have a great opportunity for you as Senior Assistant within our Sales Team. In this role you will support Vice President and Sales Team in Stuttgart-Ditzingen with organizational, administrative and communication topics.

In your new role you will:

- **Manage, organize and orchestrate **interactions of the Sales Team **internal and external **(e.g. meetings, events, workshops, trainings)
- **Prepare content and presentations**:

- **Operate purchasing activities **including ordering using SAP and internal purchasing channels**:

- **Drive and manage our **office facilities **together with our Facility Management team**

Your organizational skills and talent for structuring different topics allow you to always keep an eye on the details without losing sight of the big picture. Furthermore, you should be open-minded and enjoy working in a team. In addition, you are personally committed to concerns at IT SBI level, give them a high priority and can quickly establish a trusting, constructive working relationship. Last but not least you have the capability and willingness to work and operate in an
**international, globally distributed team across locations **, time zones and cultures.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Successfully completed a **vocational training**:

- **1-3 years professional **experience in a similar role, e.g. as team assistant**:

- **Great **IT skills **(especially MS Office, SAP Concur would be an advantage)**:

- **Excellent **organizational skills **with a very structured and proactive approach**:

- **A proven ability to **collaborate **and work effectively with **various departments **and stakeholders in a dynamic environment**
