**Discover your exciting role**:

- Provide high quality administrative and clerical assistance to the Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit to stay organized and contribute to the efficiency and administration of Internal Audit supporting the corporate function, as directed, to ensure that company audits, standard reports and confidential topics are managed properly.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support the Vice President of Internal Audit for external and internal senior management meetings including content preparation, presentations, agenda setting, etc.
- Acting as point of contact between executives and employees for relevant topics
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports / update internal databases
- Planning and coordination of internal events, meetings and travel arrangements
- Manage high-priority and confidential information related to the company
- Overseeing budgets and expenses including monthly report from SAP
- Organization of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Proofreading of Internal Audit & management reports
- Office management

**Show your expertise**:

- 5+ years of experience as an assistant
- University degree or similar preferred
- Fluent in German and English
- High loyalty, integrity and trustworthiness
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to manage highly confidential information related to the company and its employees
- Ability to work in a time sensitive environment
- Profound MS skills
